Mr. Cuddles is a minor character in The Amazing World of Gumball. He is the pet tarantula of The Fitzgeralds. In "The Date", it was mistakenly believed that Mr. Fitzgerald had flushed him down the toilet. Presuming that he was dead, his family held a funeral in his honor. However, as Gumball finds out later in the episode, Mr. Cuddles was still very much alive the whole time. Mr. Cuddles seems to dislike Gumball, as he attacked him twice, once with such ferocity that Gumball entered a coma, and again in the moments after he had awoken from the coma.
