The Dog is a minor character in The Amazing World of Gumball. He first appeared in the episode "The Club" as a member of the Synchronized Swimming Club along with Darwin, Penny and Leslie.

Appearance

The Dog is a slender, light-yellow dog, possibly a Labrador Retriever. He has long, black ears and a simplistically-designed face. Like Gumball, he has very wide hips. He is somewhere around Penny's height.

• In the background of the School Cafeteria, a similar-looking 8-bit dog character can often be seen. It is not

  

  known if the characters have any relation to one-another.
  • There is also a chance it could in fact be the dog, due to the fact that the characters were pixelized in "The Picnic", when they were seen from a distance.
